Orders that are placed with Klarako are unable to be altered post-purchase. We clearly state our discounts and how to utilize them across our product pages. Kindly look for the button that signifies the discount or the details about the discount itself.

If you'd like to change the address of the order, we do allow changed prior the order being processed. All orders are processed within 24 hours, so we allow for a 24 time period to change the address of the order.
