The item I received is faulty, how do I process a return and refund?Updated a year ago
Firstly, we are extremely sorry that you recieved a damaged item. All our items go through a thorough quality inspection which is the reason for our 24 - 48 hour processing time. Having an item pass that check and still arrive damage is unacceptable and we are deeply apologetic for this.
All faulty / damaged items need to be submitted with video evidence of the issue. You can provide this to a support agent by emailing [email protected] or visiting our Contact Form.
We provide a 90-day warranty for every purchase, meaning after 90-days we will not be able to accept any damaged or faulty items. Please, if you note that the product is defective within the first 90 days - contact us immediately so we can process your order
Once the faulty / damaged item proof is submitted and approved, we will immediately give you instructions on the refund process.
