Firstly, we are extremely sorry that you recieved a damaged item. All our items go through a thorough quality inspection which is the reason for our 24 - 48 hour processing time. Having an item pass that check and still arrive damage is unacceptable
We will process your return within 2 business days of us receiving the product. If you can include a tracking number for us for the return the package, it will make it easier for us to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible!. Return time
